Answers to common questions about Mochi, and how to reach us when you need a person.
Contact us in the Mochi app under Settings → Contact support, or email yhai@infinitexploration.com. We read every message and reply by email.
On the Mochi log-in screen, tap Forgot password? and enter your email. We'll email you a 6-digit code that works for 15 minutes. Enter it with a new password and you're back in. Resetting your password signs you out on your other devices.
Ask someone in the circle for its family code. They can find it in Mochi under Settings. Enter the code when you sign up, or, if you already have an account, tap Join with a family code on the home screen.
Share your circle's family code. You'll find it in Settings, with buttons to copy or share it. Anyone with the code can join, so share it only with people you trust. The circle's owner can reset the code at any time; people already in the circle stay in it.
Open your iPhone's Settings → Notifications → Mochi and turn on Allow Notifications. In Mochi, Settings shows whether check-in reminders are on.
The people in your family circle can see your name, whether you've checked in today, and your mood and time. Notes you send to everyone are visible to the whole circle; a note to one person is visible only to the two of you. See the Privacy Policy for details.
In Mochi, go to Settings → Delete account. You're signed out right away, and your account is permanently deleted after 30 days. If you own a circle that others have joined, you'll choose whether to hand it over to someone or delete it.
Log in within 30 days of deleting it and tap Restore account. Your account and any circle you deleted come back.
No. Reminders and missed check-in alerts can be delayed or not delivered. If you or someone else may be in danger, call 911 or your local emergency number.
Email us and include the email address you use with Mochi, so we can find your account.
